1. What RipKinn's is

RipKinn's is an entertainment and community platform where users record, stream, and share themselves opening trading cards they already own. We do not sell packs, slots, chances, boxes, or any product whose outcome is determined by chance. We are not a marketplace, a broker, a "breaker," or a gambling operator.

2. Not gambling. Not a game of chance.

Nothing offered by RipKinn's is a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, wager, or game of chance. Users bring their own product and open it on their own. Any duel, leaderboard, or scoring feature is for entertainment only and has no cash prize, buy-in, entry fee, or payout of anything of monetary value from RipKinn's.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or go live. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the video, audio, images, and cards you show. You grant RipKinn's a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transcode, display, and distribute your uploads and streams for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including music, overlays, and any people who appear on camera.

5. Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not use RipKinn's to run raffles, sell chances, resell unopened product as a "slot," solicit money for pulls, harass others, or violate any law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party trademarks

Trading card names, sets, logos, and artwork belong to their respective owners. RipKinn's is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TCG publisher.

7. No financial or investment advice

Market prices, valuations, and duel scores shown on RipKinn's are for entertainment and reference only. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, or purchasing advice.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipKinn's is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You can stop using RipKinn's at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our guidelines.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and the "updated" date above will change.
